How to create an icon on your desktop to get to this page directly by clicking on the icon in 7 easy steps (Windows with Explorer):
1. Highlight entire URL (web address) in the your browser's address window (near the top).
2. Right click your mouse button and select 'Copy' from the menu choices available.
3. Move your mouse arrow away from the browser window and place anywhere on your desktop that is not covered by a program or another icon.
4. Right click the mouse button again and select 'New.' then select 'Shortcut' from the second menu that appears.
5. Move your mouse cursor to the new window that appears (window will be titled 'Create Shortcut') and place the mouse arrow over the field for typing the location of the shortcut
6. Right click your mouse button and select 'Paste' (the field should fill up with the address you had copied from the browser) and then click the 'Next' button on the window .
7 Type 'Amazon Shopping' in the next field (in the 'Select a Title for the Program window that now appears) or any other descriptive field you like and click the 'Finish' button.
Congratulations - you should have your icon on your desktop. This will NOT change your home page for when you open your browser through regular means.
